i have googled "windows 7, dual screen, inactive screen dims when mouse moves away" and variants of that, but all i keep getting is pages relating to how to turn on or off the dim feature on windows 8, or how to set the auto dim setting on inactive pcs for windows 7.Īnd i did the almighty PC reboot, but that didnt work. I know that this is somehow related to power, but i am not sure where or what. The power settings has been set to maximum performance, with the displays set to never turn off. it is so unique (to me) that i am being forced to asked for help on this illustrious web site. I had the same problem with my Lenovo tablet and i found this solution in another forum: 1) Swipe down from the left top of the screen (notification area) 2) Notice the Endurance notification.
